TamPaw Dog Service is a professional pet care company serving families throughout the Westchase and surrounding Tampa areas. We provide dependable, personalized care while giving our clients peace of mind when they can't be there. Every client has a consistent Care Team, the same one or two familiar faces their pet gets to know and trust, visit after visit, because relationships come before transactions.

We're looking for reliable, responsible pet care professionals who genuinely enjoy working with animals and understand that this job is about much more than playing with cute dogs.

What You'll Do

  • Dog and cat walks and pet visits

  • Feeding, fresh water and basic pet care

  • Follow each pet's individual care instructions

  • Provide thoughtful updates and photos after visits

  • Safely enter and secure clients' homes

  • Work independently while staying in communication with our team

  • Provide dependable care during weekends and holidays as needed

You May Be a Great Fit If You...

  • Are dependable and take commitments seriously

  • Have experience and confidence around dogs of different sizes and personalities (and cats too)

  • Are comfortable working independently

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Have a smartphone with reliable service

  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

  • Are willing to complete a background check

  • Can work outdoors in Florida weather

  • Are available for some weekends and holidays

  • Live in or close to our service area

Reliability is extremely important. Our clients are trusting us with their pets and access to their homes, and the animals in our care depend on us showing up when scheduled.
